The course of rejuvenation includes synchronized body massages, performed by two therapists with medicinal oil and cream, plus Sirodhara, medicinal steam baths and oral medicine. Rejuvenating face masks are also part of this package. This treatment is taken daily for 90-120 minutes.

Day 1 - Arrival to Trivandrum
Our representative will receive you at the airport in Trivandrum and transfers you to your Ayurvedic resort in Kovalam. The day is free for leisure.

Day 2-9 - Ayurvedic treatment, yoga, meditation and other programs
The rejuvenation package is designed to relax and vitalize the body. In addition to medical steam baths, herbal medicine and soothing face masks, it also includes two highlights of Ayurvedic treatment: full-body massages (Abhyanga) and pouring of warm liquids onto the forehead (Shirodhara). Their base are warm herbal oils, which are mixed according to centuries-old recipes. Yoga, meditation and relaxation exercises for beginners and advanced practitioners are part of your treatment plan. They also make a significant contribution to ensuring that you return home well rested. An Ayurveda doctor will put together a personal Ayurvedic diet plan for you according to your doshas.
During your stay you will enjoy sightseeing tours to Trivandrum, Kanyakumari, Kollam backwaters for Houseboat cruise, and other programs.
Cochin is the commercial capital of the Southern Indian State of Kerala, is sometimes referred to as the 'Queen of the Arabian Sea'. Cochin proudly boasts a rich cultural heritage but is one of the most fast-paced and modern cities in India.
Day 10 - Travel to Cochin, sightseeing
Our representative will receive you at the airport in Cochin and transfers you to your hotel in Fort Kochi. After freshening up in your hotel room, visit one of the oldest Jewish synagogues in India, decorated with blue ceramic Chinese tiles and surrounded by an aromatic spice market. Visit Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace) and St. Francis Church, both of which were erected by the Portuguese in the 16th century. At the entrance of Kochi harbor, see the Chinese fishing nets.

Athirapally is the land of rivers and forests and great waterfalls, houses the largest waterfall in Kerala. The forest around the waterfall is home to unique wildlife, and bird species including hornbill.
Day 11 - Travel to Athirapally
After morning yoga at the hotel garden enjoy a leisurly breakfast, and travel by road to Athirapally. The rest of the day is free for your leisure.

Munnar, breathtakingly beautiful - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own country, Kerala. The rolling hills around Munnar, South India's largest tea-growing region, are carpeted in emerald-green tea plantations, contoured, clipped and sculpted like ornamental hedges.
Day 13 - Travel to Munnar
After breakfast leave for Munnar, enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvelous waterfalls, high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by.

Day 14 - Tea gardens and Spice plantations
Do Yoga and meditation in the hotel, then explore a nearby village. Participate in cooking class, and after lunch explore the sprawling tea plantations, pristine valleys, mountains, exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests and enjoy the aroma of spice scented cool air. In the afternoon enjoy boating on the Lake (optional).
