Mughlai cuisine - Discover the Mughlai dishes in Delhi and Agra. Mughlai cuisine evolved in Medieval India during the Mughal Empire. It is highly influenced by the cuisines of Central Asia, quite spicy, rich and marked with a very unique aroma. One of the most popular and favourite cuisines among foodies across India. Some of its signature dishes include Biriyani, Murg Musallam, Kebabs and Malai Kofta.

Day 1 - Arrival to Delhi 

Our representative will receive you on arrival at the International Airport in Delhi and transfer to your hotel.
After freshening up in your hotel room, witness a darshan at Akshardam Temple, watch the musical Water Show, enjoy chaats and snacks at the complex's restaurants.

Day 2 - Explore New and Old Delhi
After breakfast visit some famous places like Red Fort, India Gate, Qutab Minar, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib temple, Bahai (Lotus) Temple.  Visit local markets, enjoy a food walk tour in Old Delhi. In the evening participate in a cooking demonstration at a local Hindu vegetarian family and enjoy your dinner with them.

Day 3 - Travel to Agra
After breakfast travel to Agra. Freshen up in your hotel room and participate in a cooking class, learn to cook a multi-course meal comprising of various Indian food dishes in the most authentic way.

Rajasthani cuisine - The state of Rajasthan is famed for its rich regal culture and heritage. The arid nature of the region, the extreme climatic conditions, scarcity of water and vegetation has witnessed evolvement of unique cooking styles and food habits of the natives that is noticeably different from other Indian cuisines. One can find wide variety of delectable and exquisite Rajasthani dishes starting from main courses to snacks to sweet dishes. Some items like Dal-Baati-Churma and Bikaneri Bhujia have garnered both national and international popularity.

Day 4 - Travel to Jaipur  
Visit UNESCO Heritage site Taj Mahal, known as the symbol of love, then travel to Jaipur, en-route visit Chand Baori stepwell. Freshen up in your hotel room, then visit a Haveli (traditional mansion) and enjoy a Rajasthani dinner with a local family.

Day 5 - Jaipur sightseeing
After breakfast set out with your private guide on a city tour of Jaipur, beginning at Hawa Mahal, the Palace of the Winds. Proceed to Amber and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the majestic Amber Fort, built from red sandstone and marble. After lunch see the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, an observatory with fascinating 18th-century instruments. Visit a colorful local market with your guide, then participate in a cooking demo and taste different Rajasthani specialties.
