A visit to historic Delhi is a journey through waves of conquest.  Delhi is home to an amazing array of sights, events, and activities. New Delhi is the capital of India and combines old-world charm and modern life. 

Day 1 - Arrival to Delhi 
Our representative will receive you on arrival at the International Airport in Delhi and transfers to your hotel.
After freshening up in your hotel room, witness a darshan at Akshardam Temple, watch the musical Water Show.

Day 2 - Explore famous temples in Delhi
After breakfast your tour guide will take you for a temple tour in Old and New Delhi, visit Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir), Jama Masjid, Sri Digambar Jain Lal Mandir and Bahai (Lotus) Temple.

Amritsar is the cultural capital of India’s north-western state, Punjab. Located near the border of India and Pakistan, Amritsar is a city that played an extremely important role in Indian history. From food, music, and art to history, religion, and traditions, there is a lot to experience in Amritsar.

Day 3 - Fly to Amritsar
Fly to Amritsar in the morning. Our representative will receive you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel. Day at leisure.

Day 4 - Amritsar sightseeing

The morning is free for your activity. Afternoon take "Heritage walk", starts from Town Hall and covers 9 historical points. Then visit Jalliamwala Bagh and Sri Harmandir Sahib, known as the “Golden Temple”.

The Taj Mahal in Agra, known as the "Symbol of Love" and one of the seven wonders of the world, is the epitome of Moghul art. Other vestiges of the Moghul empire include tombs, mosques, and relics.


Day 5 - Travel to Agra, visit Taj Mahal

Fly to Delhi and travel to Agra by road. After freshening up in your hotel room visit UNESCO Heritage site Taj Mahal, known as the symbol of love.

Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, was named after King Jai Singh in the 18th century.  His descendant, King Ram Singh, in 1876, had the entire city painted pink (a color that represents hospitality) when the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII) visited. Jaipur has since been known as the Pink City. It continues to be the most hospitable city in India today and offers majestic forts, temples, palaces, monuments, and gardens for the tourist to explore. Jaipur is also known as the gem- and jewelry capital of the world. 


Day 6 - Travel to Jaipur  

After breakfast travel to Jaipur, en-route visit Chand Baori stepwell. Freshen up in your hotel room, then evening visit a Haveli (traditional mansion) and enjoy a Rajasthani dinner with a local family.

Day 7 - Jaipur sightseeing

After breakfast set out with your private guide on a city tour of Jaipur, beginning at Hawa Mahal, the Palace of the Winds. Proceed to Amber and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the majestic Amber Fort, built from red sandstone and marble. After lunch explore the City Palace Complex and Birla Mandir, devoted to goddess Laxmi and god Vishnu.

Varanasi, the city of Lord Shiva, the oldest city in India, also known as Banaras and Kashi. It is dotted with numerous temples and ghats, one of the prime sacred centers in the country. The culture, traditions, and beliefs of Varanasi are related to the River Ganges which flows from the city. Varanasi is so perfectly blended with history, spirituality, culture, and traditions that the city has become one of the must-visit travel destinations in India. 


Day 8 - Travel to Varanasi

Travel by flight to Varanasi. Our representative will receive you on arrival at the Airport in Varanasi and transfers to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for your activity.

Day 9 - Varanasi sightseeing, Ganga Aarti

Start your day with an early morning boat ride on the waters of River Ganges. Visit the popular Ghats through boat ride and also relish the spectacular views of people offering water to Sun God along with taking a holy dip in the river. Back to the hotel, and after breakfast visit the 17th century Ramnagar Fort, once the residence of Maharaja of Banaras. Visit a saree making factory where they show you how they weave the famous Banarasi Silk Sarees. Evening witness the mystic Ganga Aarti ritual.

Day 10 - Varanasi and Sarnath sightseeing
After breakfast visit Varanasi's most popular temples, Bharat Mata Temple, Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan (Hanuman Temple), Annapurna Temple and Manas Mandir. Followed by this, you will be taken out for a sightseeing tour of Sarnath, a small village which is known as the place where Lord Buddha delivers his first sermon to his disciples. You will visit some Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, and Chaukhandi stupa.

Tamil Nadu temples are rich sources of religious teachings and cultural shenanigans. From old to contemporary and from nature to architecture, Chennai possesses an impressive variety of places to impress and entertain tourists.


Day 11 - Travel to Chennai
Travel by flight to Chennai. Our representative will receive you on arrival at the Airport in Chennai and transfers to your hotel. The day is free for your leisure. Watch the sunset at Marina Beach.

Day 12 - Explore temples in Chennai
After breakfast, your tour guide will take you for a temple tour in Chennai. Explore the historic temples of Chennai - Marundeeswarar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and it is a place of curative worship for people with diseases. Visit Arupadai Veedu Murugan Temple and Ashtalakshmi Temple, dedicated to the goddess Lakshmi, and her eight primary forms. Then visit Annai Vailankanni Shrine, a Gothic-style Catholic pilgrimage destination with a small museum.

Kanchipuram, the “City of Thousand Temples” amongst the seven sacred cities of India, is a paradise of beautiful temples. With a great number of shrines the town is an illustrious pilgrimage site for Hindu devotees. Kanchipuram is also known as "Silk City" for its unique hand-woven sarees.


Day 13 - Day trip to Kanchipuram

After breakfast, travel to Kanchipuram and visit Kamakshi Amman Temple, Ekambareswarar Temple, Varadharaja Perumal Temple, Kanchi Kailasanathar Temple, and Devarajaswami Temple.

Explore Kanchipuram local market, then visit a silk-weaving factory and see traditional weavers at work still using century old methods for silk production. Travel back to Chennai.

Mahabalipuram is an ancient place known for rock-cut built-up architectures with extensive carvings. The city is famous for its 7th and 8th century cave temples.


Day 14 - Day trip to Mahabalipuram

Travel to Mahabalipuram, explore and observe the fine sculptures of the various monuments in the city.  The iconic Shore Temple, among the oldest temples of South India, is carved out of a large block of granite. ‘Pancha Rathas’ or the five chariots are carved out of a single rock. On the way back to Chennai visit Dakshinachitra, showcases traditional arts and crafts from South India.

Madurai, an ancient city, often addressed as "The City of Temples". There are numerous places to visit in Madurai that include temples, churches, and palaces. The history of Madurai dates back to the 3rd century BC and finds reference in the works of Arab, Roman and Greek travelers. Today, it is one of the major centers of South India that promotes Tamil culture and traditions through Sangams.


Day 15 - Fly to Madurai

Our representative will receive you at the airport in Madurai and transfers you to your hotel. Freshen up in your hotel room, then visit Meenakshi Temple.

Day 16 - Madurai sightseeing

Morning withess pooja at Meenakshi Temple, then visit Thirumalai Nayak Mahal, Koodal Alagar Temple, and Mariamman Teppakulam.

The state of Goa is famous for its beautiful beaches, nightlife parties, carnivals, and water sports. The state is indeed a tourist paradise, known as "Pearl of the Orient". Besides the fabulous white-sand beaches you will find magnificent scenic beauty, enthralling temples and churches, peaceful, warm and friendly people - here you really will know how to relax. 

 

Day 17 - Travel to Goa

Our representative will receive you on arrival at the Airport in Goa and transfers you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for your own activity. Enjoy the sunset at beaches.

Day 18 - Visit Temples

Visit Mahalsa Narayani Temple and Shree Shantadurga Temple. The rest of the day is free for your activity.

Day 19 - Visit Churches

Visit churches including the Church of St. Francis of Assisi and Basilica of Bom Jesus. The rest of the day is free for your leisure.

Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay, the capital of Maharashtra. This is a multicultural, flourishing cosmopolitan city, India’s financial capital, and the hub of India’s booming entertainment industry - known as Bollywood. 


Day 20 - Travel to Mumbai

Our representative will receive you on arrival at the Airport in Mumbai and transfers you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for your own activity.

Day 21 - Mumbai sightseeing

Visit  St. Mary’s Anglican Church and  St. Thomas Cathedral, then visit Gateway of India, and take the ferry to Elephanta Island, discover UNESCO World Heritage Site Elephanta caves temples, constructed about mid-5th to 6th centuries AD.
